About the deck

Edge is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere at 345 metres. The signature feature is the tilted glass floor panels that cantilever over the building edge - the glass floor sits at 345m and tilts outward at 15 degrees, so you look straight down the face of the building to Hudson Yards below. The outdoor deck wraps the building corner and offers unobstructed views of Midtown Manhattan, the Hudson River, and on clear days, beyond..

The honest take

Edge earns its name. The tilted glass panels are one of the few observation deck design innovations of the last decade that actually changes what you see rather than what you stand on. At $36 base admission, it is the most competitively priced deck at this height range in New York.
