Observation decks in Seoul

The honest take on Seoul

Lotte World Tower is 499 metres occupied and 555 metres to the tip. A 10.1% Vanity Ratio is not a low score but it is not exceptional. The building is genuinely enormous. The observation deck is at 499 metres and it is outdoors. Seoul built something genuinely tall and then added a modest crown on top. This is the architectural baseline that many newer buildings fail to meet.
