About the deck
The SkyPark Observation Deck at Marina Bay Sands sits at 200 metres on the 57th floor of the iconic boat-shaped rooftop structure that spans the three hotel towers. The outdoor deck offers 360-degree views across Singapore's skyline, Marina Bay, and the Singapore Strait. The observation deck is the publicly accessible portion of the SkyPark; the 150-metre infinity pool is reserved for hotel guests.
Marina Bay Sands, designed by Moshe Safdie, is one of the most photographed modern structures in the world. The three towers lean toward each other and are held in alignment by the 340-metre SkyPark connecting them..
The honest take
At 200m, the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark is not the highest outdoor deck in Asia. But the setting - standing on a cantilevered structure that extends 67 metres beyond the edge of the tallest tower - is architecturally exceptional. The infinity pool visible adjacent to the observation deck is part of the appeal even if you cannot use it.
