Sky100 is the observation deck on the 100th floor of the International Commerce Centre at 393 metres. The deck is fully enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass. At 393 metres, Sky100 is the highest observation deck in Hong Kong.

The ICC itself has a Vanity Ratio of 1.7% - one of the lowest in the Honest 100, meaning the 393m observation deck sits within a building whose architectural top (484m) is almost entirely occupied. The floor below Sky100 is the Ritz-Carlton hotel, which occupies floors 102-118..

Sky100 is at 393 metres in a building where 476 of 484 metres are occupied. The International Commerce Centre scores 1.7% Vanity Ratio - the second best in the Honest 100.
