About the deck

Highline Warsaw is the outdoor observation terrace on the 53rd floor of Varso Tower at 230 metres, which opened in 2025. It is the highest outdoor observation deck in the European Union. Varso Tower, designed by Foster + Partners, reaches 310m to its spire and is the tallest building in the EU.

The outdoor terrace at 230m looks out across Warsaw's skyline, the Vistula River, and the historic Old Town. Poland's flat topography means visibility extends well beyond the city limits on clear days..

The honest take

Varso Tower has a 25.8% Vanity Ratio - 230m to the highest occupied floor vs 310m architectural top means 80m of spire. But the observation deck at 230m is at the highest occupied floor, which is honest in the literal sense. At $10.00 for the highest outdoor deck in the EU, Highline Warsaw is also the best-value high-altitude outdoor deck in Europe by a significant margin.
